Payments for AMS subscriptions are handled by Paddle, a third-party payment processor. Paddle is responsible for securely processing all payment transactions, including credit card information. 5. Account Deletion & Data Retention

You have the right to delete your AMS account at any time. Account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action, and all associated data will be removed from our servers upon your explicit confirmation.

Additionally, if your account remains unpaid beyond the trial period, it will be automatically and permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

The deletion process requires a two-step confirmation to prevent accidental removal of your account and data.
